The ARRIFLEX 416 is a lightweight modern Super 16 film camera with a 35-style viewfinder and an amazingly low sound level similar to that of the ARRICAM. Its speed is variable from 1 to 75 fps, and its mirror shutter can be manually adjusted from 45 to 180 degrees. A completely new lightweight ergonomic design, integrated electronic accessories and compatibility with the same lenses and accessories used by its 35 mm siblings make the 416 the most powerful, flexible and portable Super 16 camera ever built.
indieASSIST 416 is a high end Full HD video assist for ARRIFLEX 416 16mm film cameras. It provides exceptional image quality for all crew on set, allowing to judge images far better than before. The high resolution, sharp images show true colours and excellent dynamic range.
With a sensor of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the resolution of indieASSIST 416 is noticeable higher than of conventional systems. The system works internally with 14 bit pixel depth and outputs HDSDI 4:2:2 in 10 bit. It facilitates better judgment of the scene including focus and actors, with high visible detail in shadow and highlight areas.

The Nikon optics of a previous generation returned to life in these top of the line rehousings from Zero Optik. As the preferred glass of photojournalists and fine-art photographers, this particular set offers Nikon AI-S SIC (super integrated coating) glass. This was Nikon’s multi-layer anti-reflective coating system which reduces flare, minimizes ghosting and improves contrast compared to earlier Nikkor-S models. When shot wide open the faster lenses offer a gentle halation which really makes the image stand out.
These lenses are remarkably flattering — sharp, yet with gentler micro-contrast than many modern primes, which renders skin tones beautifully. Highlights carry a subtle glow, and the faster lenses produce distinctive blooming and organic aberrations when shot wide open. Their particular blend of technical excellence and soulful rendering separated Nikon primes from the competition then and provide a uniquely subtle and faithful option to cinematographers now.
Zero Optik has upgraded these with 14-blade irises, ensuring consistently smooth, soft, and pleasing bokeh at any stop. Each lens features a PL mount, uniform 95mm front diameters (with the exception of the 15mm), matched focus and iris gear placement, and a 300° focus throw in true cinema use.

Integrate a large, ultra-bright monitor into your production with this SmallHD ULTRA 10 4K Portable Production Monitor, which features a 2000 cd/m² display for viewing in just about any indoor or outdoor environment. The 10" monitor features a bright 2000 cd/m² display, a 1920 x 1200 touchscreen QD-LCD, optional Teradek Bolt compatibility, HDMI 2.0, and 6G-SDI inputs/outputs that support up to 4K30 resolutions. Easily control ARRI, Sony, and RED cinema cameras from the monitor thanks to the 5-pin USB and Ethernet control ports.
The Bolex H16 EBM is known to be the Bolex on steroids as it comes outfitted with fully internalized power through the micro gold mount plate, 3-Pin R/S port, R/S Rosette Handle, HD IVS Tap with SDI port, and 2-Pin Power Ports on the rear and operator side. OFG Customs also upgraded the 15mm LWS brackets to feature a smaller, lighter setup and improved thumb screws for quicker adjustments and a tighter lock.
Additionally, the custom battery plates now include integrated crystal sync for 23.98, 24, and 25 fps — ideal for syncing to playback during music or vocal shoots. This may be the smallest and lightest Super 16mm film camera available with crystal sync and a modern video tap — to be used with a number of different setups due to its size. Paired with the custom 15mm LWS rod support, it easily accommodates matte boxes, follow focus systems, and accessories.
